Wantana can drive you around with the Daihatsu Mira, take you to the nearby markets or to the secluded, sleepy beach in a military zone, to which we were recently given access. The white beach with crystal clear water is inviting for sun bathing and swimming.

Toyota Ventury


We make longer trips and sight seeing tours with our Toyota Ventury. A temple visit, idyllic fishermen villages in the area but also Bangkok, the bridge over the river Kwai, floating markets or national parks. You name it, we take you there.

If you like to feel the wind in your hair, try our motor scooters. You can drive through a beautiful landscape to an elephant park, a crocodile farm, a world-famous botanical garden, historic temple plants with museums, the Big Buddha Mountain and more. Driving on a scooter through the beautiful landscape is an unforgettable experience. We rent our motor scooters for 200 Baht per day.

The Boat


 


With our boat we take you along the fascinating coast to small islands with pristine beaches. With a bit of luck you will see a school of small fishes, pursued by predators, jumping out of the water. In the crystal clear water you will see colorful fish and coral embedded in white sand. On the way back you will see a small island populated by monkeys. If you prefer a quiet day, we just float on the water, enjoy the wind and the birds in the sky.

B.Boats ......... Building boats the Thai way

The “Old one” is still going strong but can, on somewhat rougher sea and a few passengers on board, swallow frightening amounts of water.
The “Rubberduck” still makes fun but seems between high waves and without “Land in sight” even for good swimmers with life jackets on a scary enterprise sometimes.
The boat builder ....... right around the corner, nearly at our front door. Going down there……..mixed feelings…….let’s keep it on……. somewhat adventurously?
